Who does the work

NDA
We sign your NDA, or send ours. It is in place before we see your systems or your code.
Contracts
Every engagement starts with a written offer or a statement of work, sent by email. Our consulting terms apply; the German version governs, and an English translation is on the same page.
Invoicing
We invoice by email. Prices are net, plus VAT where it applies. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
Data handling
We work with the access you give us, in your systems and under the NDA.
Where we would process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement first.
Languages
We work in English and German.
