Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal for contracts with Renmy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G., Apoldaer Str. 21, 12249 Berlin, Germany, not yet entered in the commercial register of the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg and represented by its managing directors René Knierim and Mandy Bebenroth.

Until the customer agrees to the transfer of their contract to Renmy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G., contracts concluded before 2026-10-15 stay with René Knierim, trading as Renmy (formerly Nimbus Solutions).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Renmy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G., Apoldaer Str. 21, 12249 Berlin, Germany, phone: +49 171 3605754, email: support@renmy.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

• expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving their consent upon commencement of performance of the contract.
